1. 服务对象 / Who This Is For

Lighthouse Math (math.x1000.ai) provides math tutoring + diagnostic assessment services for K-12 students. Rudo Companion (rudo.x1000.ai) is the parent-side companion product for younger students. Use of these services requires a parent / legal guardian to register on behalf of the student.

灯塔数学为 K-12 学生提供数学辅导与诊断评估。鲁多陪学是面向低龄学生的家长侧陪学产品。 未成年人使用需由家长 / 法定监护人注册并管理。

2. 账号与认证 / Accounts & Authentication

  • You may sign in using email + password or third-party providers (Google, etc.) via our auth provider.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • Each parent account may register one or more children; the parent is responsible for all activity under their account.
  • 你同意提供真实信息并妥善保管登录凭证; 家长对其账号下所有孩子的活动负责。

3. 内测说明 / Pilot Program

Rudo Companion is currently in invite-only pilot (limit 30 families, free during the pilot period). Pricing and SLA terms for general availability will be communicated in writing before any paid subscription is required.

鲁多陪学目前为邀请制内测 (限 30 个家庭, 内测期间免费)。正式发布时的定价与服务承诺会 在书面通知后再行启用收费。

4. 你的内容 / Your Content

  • Photos of homework, error records, and learning notes belong to you / your child. We process them only to deliver the service (OCR, AI-explanation, parent reports).
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.
  • You can export all your data (JSON) at any time, and request deletion (typically processed within 24 hours, with email receipt).
  • 你拍的题目和错题记录归你与孩子所有; 我们仅在提供服务的范围内处理。你的数据不会用于模型训练。 你可随时一键导出 (JSON) 或请求删除 (通常 24 小时内处理完毕, 含邮件回执)。

5. 可接受使用 / Acceptable Use

Do not, and do not permit others to:

  • Upload content that violates law, contains personal data of unrelated third parties, or is offensive / harmful to minors.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, RLS, or other security boundaries.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially rebrand the service without written permission.
  • 请不要上传违法内容、第三方个人信息、对未成年人有害的内容; 不要尝试绕过鉴权 / 限流 / 行级隔离; 不要使用自动化工具批量访问; 未经书面许可不得反编译 / 转售 / 改头换面再发布。

6. AI 回答 / About AI Responses

Explanations are AI-generated reference answers, not authoritative grading. We do not guarantee correctness for every case. The AI follows a 28-rule red-line filter and refuses to impersonate teachers / parents / classmates or render judgment about children.

AI 给出的是参考性讲解, 非权威批改; 我们不保证 100% 准确。 AI 受 28 条红线词约束, 不模仿真人, 不对孩子作评价。

7. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lighthouse Math is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months (zero during the free pilot).

8. 终止 / Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the parent portal “delete all data” action. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users / the service.

9. 适用法律 / Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 本条款适用美国马萨诸塞州法律。
